What Are My Payment Options?

Credit Card: We use the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure that your online transaction and credit card information are safe. We do not save credit card information in our system.

Shipping Information: Free Standard Shipping over $50

  1. How do you ship? Our standard shipping is via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping via UPS and FedEx are available upon request. Shipping charges, despite amount of order, are not covered for these shipping methods. Please note we will elect the cheapest option through these shipping methods unless otherwise noted. Special requests must be noted at time of placing your order.

  2. Can we overnight packages or ask for expedited shipping? We prefer standard shipping as much as possible as our office is small. However, we can accommodate overnight and expedited shipping through UPS of FedEx at full cost to you. A fixed Rush Fee will be added to your order.

  3. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from order placement. Our business days are Monday through Friday. US Postal Service Priority mail takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped–depending on your distance from New Jersey.

  4. How will I know my order has been shipped? You will receive an email notification with tracking information to let you know your package is on its way. If you did not receive an email, you can contact our office at info@thepetfarmacy.com and a new email will be sent.

  5. Missing or Incorrect Item Policy: Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing or incorrect, please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order.

  6. Lost Package/s Policy: Packages with a value of up to $50 will be replaced by us at no additional cost to you. Packages valuing more than $50.00 are subject to extra shipping insurance fees, which you can elect to purchase at the time of checkout. If you choose to forgo shipping insurance, please note that any lost packages will require replacement at your expense, as we will be unable to replace your items.   7. International Shipping: Although one day we hope to ship all over the world, currently, we do not offer this option. We are currently only able to ship Nationwide to the USA.

Return Policy

Personalized tinctures, creams, herbal formulations and essential oils cannot be returned. Unopened pre-packaged containers and standard bulk herbs can be returned for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. The cost of return shipping will not be refunded.
