Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) are the carrier oil for PURE SILVER, which imparts a bland, buttery taste much like the coconut oil the MCTs are derived from. Your best way to take this liquid is to put the serving size under your tongue for a few minutes and then to follow that with some food, preferably “fatty food” which will improve its absorption and increase your levels of CBD and CBG.

A good place to start with this formula for yourself would be to begin with 1/4 or 1/2 mL twice daily. ADMINISTRATION GUIDE: Optimal absorption when given with food. It is recommended to take about 1/2 ml twice daily as the average serving size for people, on a small amount of food. Fatty food is the best for optimal absorption according to the studies which show that giving the tincture with food in this way can increase blood levels 4 times or greater..

HOW MUCH TO GIVE?: Although individual needs vary, it is generally accepted that a good starting place for CBD with people is about 25-30 mg twice daily, best if with food. This translates to 1/2 mL or 15 drops of the liquid tincture.

Give yourself 7-14 days taking this amount before deciding you need to try a larger serving size. Double the amount you have been taking after that 7-14 day time period, and see if that might be more helpful.
